There will always be a time in your life where you have gaps in your health that supplements can help to fill. There are lots of supplements that aid in many different aspects of your health, but let me discuss the ones I implement into my daily diet. I get all of my supplements from Bloom Nutrition!

My supplement collection!
  1. Greens and Superfoods

I take a scoop of these every morning on an empty stomach. Greens are filled with whole fruits and vegetables as well as probiotics and digestive enzymes. They help with immunity, natural energy, and bloating.

2. Whey Isolate Protein

Protein is a must if you are working out and intent on building or maintaining muscle. You will need protein to repair your muscles after a workout so that you recover quickly, and this brand also contains digestive enzymes for easier absorption! I put a scoop into my morning coffee and usually drink a protein shake after my workout.

3. Essential Amino Acids (EEA’s)

EEA’s aid in the recovery of your muscles and also help with hydration and soreness. These are NO JOKE! When I am sore the day after a workout, I drink water mixed with a scoop of my EEA’s and soon after my body feels so much better. I normally drink these during or right after my workout, or sip on them to help with my muscle soreness.

4. Pre-Workout

Pre-Workout is essential to hit your goals during your workout. This contains caffeine to help with energy, focus, and endurance. I will take a “shot” of this about 15 minutes before my workout or drink it during to keep the caffeine coming. No jitters or tingles with this product, and as a coffee addict I use the high energy pre-workout for more caffiene.

5. Collagen Peptides

Collagen peptides benefit your hair, skin, and nails while keeping your joints and muscles strong. I will usually mix a scoop of these with my coffee in the morning, as they are unflavored so I will not drink them separately. I definitely notice the difference with these, especially in my nail growth!

BONUS PRODUCT:

This hand mixer from Amazon is a LIFE SAVER. It needs two AA batteries and I use this to mix all of my supplement powders when not using a blender bottle. It is cheap and is more than worth it!!
